Simon has been involved in a number of reported decisions including A v Archbishop of Birmingham, a £1.9 million sex abuse claim. He has particular experience in fraudulent personal injury claims and low velocity impact litigation including staged accidents and phantom passenger claims.  He advises and represents professional indemnity insurers in a wide range of professions including solicitors, accountants and architects.
